Matsuoka M30 classical guitar, handcrafted in Japan on 14th June 1978. For those who know Matsuoka’s legacy, this model is a gem - a testament to the golden era of Japanese luthiery.

This particular guitar has been meticulously restored and enhanced, preserving its original patina to honour its story and history. While there are a few signs of aging, they only add character to this well-loved instrument. The restoration was a labour of love, maintaining its structural integrity and enhancing its already stellar sound.

What sets this M30 apart is that I’ve personally tuned and voiced the soundboard to resonate with the notes A and E, making it incredibly harmonic and resonant across most musical keys. Whether you're playing Bach, Flamenco, or your own compositions, this guitar’s voice will inspire you to new heights.

For those unfamiliar, the Matsuoka M30 is a solid cedar top with Indian rosewood back and sides - a classic combination that produces a rich, warm, and balanced tone. These guitars are known for their craftsmanship and are sought after by players and collectors alike.

This guitar deserves a home with someone who will appreciate its story, craftsmanship, and voice.
