This guitar was made in 1978 by the great Tsenusavuro Kurosawa. Together with his nephew Sumio were among the best luthiers in Japan.
In 1967 they established a music store chain. They produced and supervised guitar production for all their stores.
This guitar is in immaculate condition. It's in brand new condition. Like it's been forgotten in storage, like old new stock. It's like it got here through a time machine.
Please check the photos to see what I mean.
It has all the characteristics of a high-quality instrument. You can see it from the spalted maple used for the binding.
The sound is focused, with tight basses and crystal clear trebles, with lots of projection and clarity.
High-end Kuroswa guitars are very rare and they fetch a good price. This model No.1 is even rarer and more valuable considering its immaculate condition.
