The Takamine No.8 is the second top guitar in the Takamine lineup just after the No.10.
You can tell the difference when you pick it up. It is built to perfection.
I've tuned the harmonic cedar top to the closest note which was a G.
It is a well-balanced instrument, loud, with very clear in both the basses and trebles thanks to the enhanced top and the custom sound port on the side
There's something magical in its tone, it's almost like a tube microphone sounding guitar rather than a condenser microphone sounding guitar, this is for those who know the difference between the 2 types of microphones.
If I was to describe the sound of this guitar I would say it's like a beautiful photo with a vignette around it.
I am pleased and proud to say this guitar sound magical and can rival guitar in the $10,000 range.
